Kindermusik
A dynamic and interactive musical experience for young children, fostering early development and learning through music, movement, and play in a nurturing and engaging group setting. Perfect for children birth to 7 years.
Group Lessons
Group music lessons in piano, strings, guitar, ukulele, and voice provide a fun and collaborative environment for students to learn and practice together, enhancing their musical abilities and fostering a sense of community.
Private Lessons
Private music lessons offer personalized instruction tailored to individual needs and goals, allowing students to develop their musical skills, technique, and musicianship under the guidance of a skilled and experienced instructor.
STEAM Classes
Hands-on learning experiences for children to explore science, technology, engineering, art and math concepts while enhancing creativity and problem-solving skills.

At the Playhouse, we offer a diverse range of classes for kids including engaging sessions in STEAM, art, and more. Through hands-on activities and interactive learning experiences, we inspire young minds, nurture and foster a love for exploring the world around them. Semester Length
Classes at Joyful Noise Studios are Semester long courses. Currently we have a single “semester” which mimics the school year running from September – May. We also offer a Summer semester and an August midterm session.
Vocal and Instrumental classes are a semester-long commitment. Once enrolled, you are enrolled through the end of the semester. Enrollment for instrumental classes is closed after 2 months once classes have progressed too far for new students to join. Instrumental classes have open enrollment in September and June.
Vocal and Kindermusik classes are open for enrollment year round.

Registration requires paying for your first month of class/lessons and membership fee.
Book fees vary by class and will be applied after your registration to your account. Private lesson students will have book fees added after the first lesson.
Policies and Performances
Tuition
Tuition is for the semester and split into monthly payments and determined by the number of classes in a semester. Tuition and fees are paid monthly
Scheduling
Joyful Noise reserves the right to close classes with low enrollment, reschedule or combine classes.
Substitutes will be provided for classes/lessons when necessary.
Payment
For monthly classes and private lessons, fees are posted on the 15th of the month prior to class. At the time fees are posted, Tuition will be automatically charged for all families who are enrolled in auto pay. Payments will be charged to a students' saved credit card or bank draft (ACH) information in their Parent Portal. Cash or check payments can be made at Joyful Noise Playhouse when it is open. Accounts must be paid in full by the 1st of the month to avoid late fees.
Performances
Joyful Noise offers multiple opportunities for performances that students can take advantage of throughout the semester.
In December classes and lessons will perform Christmas music inside Central Mall.
We offer a large studio recital that is scheduled May 12, 13 and 15. Each class and lesson is assigned a day to perform in the recital in late spring.

A little village where children can use their BIG imaginations to play in a space that is built just for them. Adults can play alongside their children, or they can relax in our parent area, the "Cafe." Come once with a day pass, or make it a weekly playdate with friends by taking advantage of one of our membership packages or purchasing a punch card.

Melissa has been teaching music for over 20 years and is the founder of Joyful Noise Studios. She has a passion for helping children and families connect together to find their village through music and learning.
She has seen music be a safe space for so many to learn, grow and connect and is thrilled to see so many students at Joyful Noise find their home and grow in music.
